Week 10: G6 #biz + #life
A week of work and prepping for Hannah to move out. Devin was home for spring break. Devin spent all of his spring break working. The perks of having kids who are baristas, I get to visit them at work. We occasionally geek out on coffee.
The Laurelhurst Project is coming to an end. I am always impressed with how the project comes together. David’s Team always goes the extra mile and just when I begin to question how everything will flow together - it always turns out remarkably well. The designer and David have been working together for a few years - their work together is art.
It was also Caffe Ladro’s 19th store opening. March 3rd, 2026, they opened our 19th store in Ballard.
We ended the week eating. We ate at Din Tai Fung and Tendon Kohaku in Bellevue. Hannah was moving out the following week after Devin and Maleah left to go back to school. David and I would soon be empty nesters officially with Hannah moving out of the house. It was official. David, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and I would be left in the house until summer.
