Week 25: G6 #biz + #life

Dare I say things are normal this week? Love Island is in full swing, and we are working through all the work transitions. Surprise, I decided to hire another team member in more of a sales role. I'd like to expand this business. I'd like to see it grow in a way we can cover more reach and really support small business owners.

I cannot do this on my own, and a sales role seems necessary for us to take more business on. The hope is this role grows into Lead Consultant to offer continued support for small businesses.

Obie and I were trying to figure out our lives together. I got a mosquito bite on my forehead, and Obie discovered a growth on his paw. He is okay, but we'll have to keep watching it.

We also got a visit from Baby Z. We love having her here, and Isabelle got her fill of Baby Z. Watching this baby grow up is the best. I love Aunty life. She's moved closer to me, and I am so happy to have her near us.

Cloudy Cafe in Seattle is always a weekend stop. We love being a part of their journey. This cafe has flourished since October, showcasing a neighborhood favorite in Ballard. Her Indonesian-inspired bakery offers a spin-off of some traditional pastries with a twist that takes it to the next level. Dionne is a talented chef. We love working with her!

We've been with her since before October, supporting her with hiring, onboarding, setting up her QuickBooks, and preparing financial reporting for her to manage her business. We've become quite close, and it reminds me why I love what I do. Our team and I get to connect with folks like her every week to enhance their business.
